退款政策

我們只接受因運送而令貨物破壞/漏送情況的退款申請，請客人於收貨7天內連同運貨單/破損物單/所收貨物的清晰影像發給我們，我們將於30日內退回有關款項。We only accept refund request which is a breakage/ damage triggered from the delivery and shortfall. Customer must send us clearly the image of the delivery notes, damaged product(s) and received product images, then we will credit to you credit card within 30days.
