運送政策

  1. 客戶買滿港元600，即可享有免費送貨服務。如訂單不足港元600，客戶需另加港元80 送貨費。Free delivery for purchase over HK$600. For each order below HK$600, HK$80 will be charged.
     

  2. 在正常情況下我們選用香港的冷凍速遞以提供配送服務，我們無法確保一些特別情況能以低溫處理，如有冷凍車傳遞至指定單位之間的配送。我們至力確保清酒在最佳狀態下送到府上。In normal cases Sakemoto engages with chilled delivery logistics services company in Hong Kong. We cannot guarantee chilled delivery in some circumstances. Such as the walking distance from from chilled vehicle to specified location. We try all our best to ensure sake will be delivered in the best condition.
     

  3. 我們只接受香港特別行政區的運送地點，服務範圍包括香港島、九龍、新界及不包括離島地區（東涌、愉景灣及馬灣）。We only accept delivery point in HKSAR Service area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and exclude ALL island areas

  4. 訂購後1-4天可送到指定地點。送貨星期一至日早上9時至晚上7時(不設指定時間派送)。We can complete the delivery within 1-4 days after purchased. Delivery service is only provided from Monday to Sunday 09:00am to 07:00pm (No specific timeslot can be arranged).
